I get billed for water leakage on Tshwane side

e-Tshwane: Support Tshwane Municipality Query *** - [Date 2015-12-03]<br> <br> To Whom it may concern,<br> <br> I see now with the broken meter you billed me for 8 days 34KL seriously when will someone correct this?!!!<br> <br> I just received a final demand on my account.<br> I have this query open as my water meter was leaking on the Tshwane municipal side and that was confirmed by the guys that replaced my water meter.<br> I did pay R2000 of that huge bill I was presented with and I will be able to cover the this month's bill of R2750.<br> My average usages for the whole of 2015 was between 28 and 36 KL water. So I expect my account to be adjusted to that and the extra 60 odd KL that I was billed for during the month the meter was leaking should be deducted from my account.<br> Can someone just please give me feedback w.r.t this matter urgently please.<br>
