i am so angry

Hello good day I am very dissapointed I live in pretoria North our power is of since 07:30 this morning and it is still of now we have loadshedding are they going to.make and bought food for us our meat is in the frigde in the heat for 14 hours almost 15 hours I will go to your head office I am really tired and by this now we must get loadsheddingn do you think it is fair ? i tried to call you guys 9 times run out of R130 AIRTIME just to get in touch 9 times its not fair
