How are we suppose to contact them

Im seriously annoyed.<br> I have been trying to phone them for over 2 hours. The phone rings 5 times then disconnects.<br> <br> I have human waste flushing my swimming pool and entire front lawn and garden.<br> I emailed then after i have been unsuccesful in phoning them.<br> <br> No response.<br> 3 months ago i emailed them to ask why i have not received a invoice for over 4 months. Not even reflecting online. And now this.<br> <br> So what am i suppose to do?<br> Hire a plumber to come fix the issue and then take City of Tshwane Municipality to court to fight for the R1200 i spent on a plumber because they refused to deliver a service?<br> <br> Zuma really did a number on this country when basic services is no longer even existent.
