Horrible Service form Electricity Department

Hi, I have been complaining to City of Tshwane about my electricity at my house in Rossly Gardens since the beginning of this year. I have been calling City of Tshwane and i have been following their useless call center procedures and till to this day i have been having problems. I have been taken from pillar to post being told that the technicians are coming to my house and no one has come. I am fully paying for the services but it seems like my money is not good enough so i am being treated like ****. I have been calling this people using my prepaid phone for the whole day wasting all my money and to top it all, i just threw food because of this power failure.
