Horrible experience. No electricity for more than a week. City of tshwane electricity department

I logged a complain about about the power outage on the 12/04/2018. I was given reference number 683/13 and i was told the technician will come and fix and the turnaround time is 8-10 hrs. I phoned back the following morning and i was told the technician has resolved the issue which was not true. The technician never showed up. Tshwane electrical technicians closed the incident without coming to fix. I was given a new reference number 406/16 and i was told this matter was escalated. I am still with no electricity at my townhouse 7 days later. What a horrible service and experience from the city of tshwane.
