********** Customer Service: City of Tshwane Manucipality

Guys, the City of Tshwane Municipality is really ***********. We were given a bill of R11000 and when we enquired why the bill was so high, the only explanation we received was that all this time they have been estimating how much we were supposed to pay every month for the past 4 years. The lady confirmed that they were not sending out people every month to take meter readings and that we have no choice but to pay the R11000 as if we do not pay, our water supply will be cut off. I am sick and tired of the level of incompetence at that municipality as it continues to inconvenience people financially.......
