Hopeless TSHWANE MUNICIPALITY, where they expect you to pay for no service......

This municipality has to be the worst in the world. Their billing system is an absolute mess. The do absolutely no maintenance. I have reported a faulty street light in front of my house now for years. I have a reference list longer than the lamp pole and yet no action.
