Hopeless DA city council

We have now been without power for 6 days. I have phoned no reply, I have sms them roughly 3 times a day no reply. I have phoned councillors and get no where. If this is the DA service then they should be voted out I am fed-up I run a 5 star boutique hotel and running on generators for days on end cost a fortune needless to think of the environmental impact
