HOLE NOT CLOSED AFTER 11 MONTHS

We have a water drain pipe outside our yard that leaked November 2016. We reported the leak and in Dec 16 they fixed it but left the hole open. I have been complaining ever since, calling them, emailing them to close the hole but nothing has been done. Can you please ask them to close the hole.
