Hi, my complaint its regarding the city of tshwane municipality, our prepaid meter isn't working and was reported on the 23rd June, to date nothing has been done, their online services says work has been completed but no one came to the house

Hi, my complaint its regarding the city of tshwane municipality, our prepaid meter isn't working and was reported on the 23rd June, to date nothing has been done, their online services says work has been completed but no one came to the house. Every time we call, we are sent pillar to post. Our food is going off and some of us work and some are students studying online... but all that is impossible to achieve due to the municipality personnel not attending to this issue timeously
