My power has been cut after paying R100 short on last months' rates and taxes (I paid the amount told to pay when I bought prepaid electricity). Yesterday I paid the outstanding balance at centurion branch of Tshwane and was told that the power will be back on in 2-8 hours. 26 hours later in is still not on, after I sent an email before 06:00 am this morning.<br> Werner Homann<br> ***
