Gross Service at Local clinic

Please advise where do we report poor service at our local clinic, there is never a good Day at atteridgeville clinic, we don't mind the long quest BUT the way the stuff talks to our elders more especially the assists not the nurses, the way they just drag their feet, and don't even bother to help us, without any hesitation when you ask to which que you should follow, if they don't tell you that they on tea time, the short rude lady will tell you if you didn't calm your name don't come to the table and basically that's all she does all day.... you can't come from 9h05 and still be waiting for your file.... we all waiting at the waiting arear to get assistance from the nurses but half of us are still waiting for their files to be takes this side.... one elderly lady was told to go look for her file, IMAGINE..... I've been here on 3 occasions this year and it's never been pleasant at all! Can something get done where do we even go cause their complains, compliments and suggestions box it's just a decoration box to them.... all they do is drag their feet then later tell us to come back tomorrow and not to worry cause they will give a doctor's note....well some of us love our jobs so a doctors note is useless cause I'm missing what I love doing for another day watching people who don't like their jobs at work.... they must do something with their attitude maybe things will go right but as for now this service is appoling
