Great service

Very rarely do I find the service of Tshwane employees to be up to standard. Today I went to customer care in Pretorius Street Pretoria. I was assisted by a gentleman called Tumi Madiseng. I had a query regarding my water account, which I had already come to query the week before but was not assisted to my satisfaction. Mr Madiseng listened to my query and actively participated in trying to reach a resolution as well as what further steps I should take. He provided me with 2 solutions to my problem and then still went on to print the meter reading submission dates for the coming billing cycles. I was amazed by his attitude and his ability to apply his mind to my issue and to think of solutions instead of pushing the problem to someone else. I hope his manager receives this and recognises the asset that he/she has in her team. If all municipal employees could conduct themselves in this manner life would be so much better.
