Good customer service

An outstanding service to Jerry Moloisane from credit control I have been dealing with Mr Moloisane for over a year with regards to our estate water account, he is an individual who is customer centric and understands the frustration that we consumers go through and he is able to resolve all queries with hustle because the municipality system is difficult and I'm just wonder how can one person be able to deliver such good service with understanding and good execution speed ,we were so many waiting for him because we know with him will get proper explanation and he is able to cone up with a better payment plan

His boss seems not to care whether people are able to pay or not ,or how they fame up to that crazy amount,she just has a beaten and expects things to happen with no sympathy and empathy and be able to negotiate, so how is she a leader who doesn't want to see customers and bring a negotiation skill to the table that's poor and incompetence, or was she just dump into the role ,political appointment kill that municipality

As a leader you need to be like Herry and make it a point you collect snd keep track as well give the community of tshwane an understanding and cone up with a proper payment plan,because the expectation is crazy and no one has that kind of cash on hand but sit down with customers and reach an understanding and payment plan because at the end the municipality needs to get revenue and revenue comes from the community and they need to be in the same page and pay with a clear direction and confortability that they were billed correctly You call Jim if you see a link around Tshwane immediately he jumps and get the problem sorted,throw him with any issue around Tshwane and you will see he leaves no stone unturned and he comes back and gives you feedback

Jerry Moloisane deserves a higher position because it looks like he is the only one with his team that has the heart for the community to also see the municipality as a better place to live in with accountability.he deserves to be in decision making positions because for the city to have money and to keep residents happy is to have a leader who leads with integrity ,accountability and loyalty.we need such leaders to politicians that see opportunities to ***** and see the community fail
