***** REPORTING NOT ATTENDED TO/IGNORED

A previous tenant set up a credit agreement using my details in my absence without my permission for the amount of R3227.76 for R409.28 per month on 03/03/2017. the tenant made no payments subsequent to this. my services were blocked. i had to pay R1783 on 10/04/2017 to reinstate them. The tenant is a manager at one of City of Tshwane branches and has therefore been allowed to use her position wrongly and on top of all these, she damaged my house detrimental such that i needed over R300,000 to repair and she owes me rent. but because i had no idea of the ********** arrangement my services were blocked again. I had to pay a lot more money to keep the account in balance since 10/04/2017. I came to know about the ********** arrangement on 13 May 2017 when my little sister was not able to buy electricity because my services were blocked. this meant me spending time and money on the phone trying to resolve the problem. I am studying abroad and had left home in Jnay 2017. the tenant has been one from hell. denied me or agency access to do an inspection or to resolve the consumption issues with her. the tenant was able to purchase electricity (she sells it) with the account in arrears because she is using her position wrongly. Anecdotally, the City of Tshwane supports this behaviour. I have since alerted Jacob Malatsi (Investigation units) by email and he has not rep**** to my emails whatsoever. i have called other numbers as directed and all numbers are just ringing.
