I have been trying for months to report ***** committed under my name by one of City Of Tshwane managers (breach of their very own contract) but all in vain. I was forced to pay the money in question and now the account is in balance nobody cares about the trauma and financial loss i am subjected to. How do you encourage to take responsibility to report ***** and damage to vital services that citizens survive on?
