Finance department unavailable and City manager

Please note that we are renting a property and they disconnect my Prepaid electricity for the Rates and Taxes of the landllord(without notification), then we paid and now less than a week our water are disconnected because the landlord(or we) didnt pay the taxes outstanding.<br> <br> I cant get hold of Finance dept. Spend more than 30 mins waiting on the phone with the agent answering just to transfer you to nowhere.....and the line goes down....A SUPER MESS!!<br> <br> WE PAID.... why is it still disconnected<br> However we reported a waterleak on the municipality side of the pipe at this premises, two months ago, and nobody attended to this and the water is streaming down the street. Nobody even came to check it since we reported it.
