Final Demand Rip-off

Despite paying my account on the 29th January - it was due on the 24th - on the eTshwane website I still get a final demand from CoT Metro on the 3rd Feb to say I owe them. And I get billed R218.89 for each notice - yup I got two, one for the utilities and one for the rates.

What a ******* money making scheme Tshwane - go after the people who's accounts are outstanding for months.
