Feedback please

I have been without electricity since after the load shedding on the 28/01/2024,logged a call and given the Ref no,but the artisan sent to the house he didn't even bother to check the box,he just requested a case no from Saps,so I went to Saps offices to open a case so they requested the size,kind and value of the cable which was unknown to me as I'm not a municipal employee,I feel that the municipal artisans are so much lazy to do their work,I'm staying with kids in this darkness with so much rate of house breaking and **** in the community,they should put Batho pele principles
