faulty street lights

Hi <br> <br> This is unacceptable, im trying to contact the city of tshwane for reporting a faulty street light, im goong through a whole proccess to reach the correct department just to find out im at the wrong one, it has now been the fourth time ive been put through to accounts and to the licsense department after pressing all the right buttons and phone been putting down in my ear
