Faulty Street Light!

I've been calling City of Tshwane Municipality for a follow-up on a faulty street light I've reported Wednesdays 17 Feb 2016. I spoke to Gomolemo and Khotso who could not assist me but put my call on hold. I was put on hold for 45 min. *** <br> <br> On 24 February 2016 I was told to log a new call as the the call I logged on the 17 February 2016 and the street light has not yet been fixed. New ***<br> <br> Today 1 March 2016 I called the City of Tshwane, my call was put through to the Street Light Department where I have been holding for the past hour. ***<br> <br> I sent e-mails to '***' and '***' and nothing has been done yet!<br> <br> <br>
