Faulty poles lines

Since 27 april we hv been reporting the faulty of power failure in our house bit still yet today we still having same problem.we adviced them to change circuit breaker or clamp but still noone listen now we have to call Tshwane every day to tell them about power failure but they send incompitence technicians.i have plenty of ref numbers i lost to count and keeping them is useless cause they are none who is will to assist...
