Faulty Meter

Hi <br> <br> I am not happy with the service and attitude I got from City of Tshwane specifically the technician called Charles who dropped the phone ***) when I explain the problem. I paid my fees in full and bought Prepaid Electricity but I don't have electricity for 3 days no one can assist me my address is No 19 Prelude Cresent Olievenhoutbosch Ext 4 ERF#1452/9. I am very disappointed with you bad service.
