failure to comply

Our lights were off since on 23 of feb 2016.we called city of tshwane for assistance in the next morning.they came in afternoon,they checked and told us our circuit box must be fixed and another big van will come and fix it nothing has happened.we called them again on the 24 and 25,nothing has happened.we even called our counsilor though they kept on promising lies and lies.we have bought ice cube to put on top of the meat because now fridges their smelling bad.the thing is we dont know were to go for such bad and poorest service in soshanguve.if anyone can help us because now we are tired of calling and going to the same office and no respond.such bad service for city of tshwane city of failure.im so so so much dissapointed with no respond. from callcenter to office to counsilor still no respond for such a failure.
