exstemely high electricity bills

I am currently for almost a week without power .I have been complaining to them since 2012 my current electrical bill R112'000.00 . I am fighting to keep my house because I had to decide who to pay Tshwane or my house now we are so far behind they want to take our home. Myself and my 3 kids are going thou so much stress because of Tshwane it's really disrupting our home and life. If I don't have power I can't work so I don't get paid no money . I recently went to Tshwane to complaint again just to find that all my complains since 2012 where gone from Tshwane system no records found that I ever complaint. Any information how to handle this situation will be welcome
