Exhorbitant municipal bill:ACC NO:***

<p>My new electricity meter no:13-01208 was installed in my house in May 2014.It was only updated on their system in May this year 2016.All along it was just estimate charges as actual reading could not be captured because the meter was not updated on their system.I was amazed by February 2016 billing statement for the amount of R23 396.08 as an adjustment.I went to the municipality many times to sort out this problem and even today the problem is not yet solved out.My bill is now sitting at R30485.00 due to interests.My readings on my meter is now 16340 as im writing this.I would like you to help me the munipality to make proper adjustment from 0 readings until with this recent one-16340..Thanks</p>
