Excusive miscellaneous billing from Tshwane Municipality

My January 2022 Tshwane account requires a payment of R 2 684.51 for a deposit or 'voorafbetalingsversoek'.

I have, since I purchased my residential property, in April 2021, paid a total of R 6 286.38 in 'diverse heffings' or 'deposits':

April: R 895.85 and R 520.30. May: R 696.00. June R 1 464.23. July R 2 710.00.

These amounts seem to be added irregularly to my account, and I am simply forced to pay these invoices. When will this end? How much deposit does the municipality require?
