EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE RECEIVED

I want to thank Mr. Marvellous Rhulani Shirinda, Customer Care Consultant at the Energy & Electricity Department of the city of Tshwane for the excellent service received in getting the power back on at my home. The problem was caused by a faulty switch at the power connection point in the street.

Mr. Shirinda was exceptionally diligent, helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such good service. I am no longer used it.
