Errors in billing and poor services by Tshwane Municipality

The manner in which the city bill us is disgusting. My water reading was exaggerated for the January month. As advised by the city through sms's, I went on to load the correct reading online because my meter had not even reached the figures reflected on my account. Now come end of February, I received another crazy estimation which didn't match the reading I submitted. Again the amounts that am beginning to see on the account, like ******* collection, etc, are rising steeply. Previously estimations on water meter reading would happen at least once in 3 or more months. But what we are experiencing now really could lead to civil disobedience just like what is happening in Atteridgeville. Lastly, in the past the municipal trees would be trimmed by municipality, that also included grass on the walkways, We are really getting poor services.
