Emergency was not so urgent in this case...

I called an ambulance at 10h23 or so to request their services. I call them again at 12h00 and was informed that there was no ambulance available. <br> <br> At around 12h40 I get a call from Ambulance services, informing me that they cant find their way because I did not give them a \crossing street". The lady had so much attitude and for some reason she thought she was doing me a favour. She dared to tell me how I should log a call in future"
