Electricity struggle

<p>Since thursday (27/10/16) i have no electricity in my house.I call the call center and waited for 30min with no pick up around 19pm,the following day just before 9 am,i called again and logged a call till today at this hour am writing this to you i have not get any assistance. I did follow ups with the call centre what i was told is that my call will be escaleted if not answered. I am spending money to call the call centre and my food are getting spoiled due to the poor service we receive from our municipality.</p>
