Electricity re connection

Been in the dark for more than two weeks, I lodge the complain about the electricity meter box outside my house, they send their technician to the site, when the get there, they say to me I must go and recharge my electricity, when I told them that I did buy electricity they say to me I must go and buy again, I went and buy R300 electricity <br> , I recharged it but still no electricity coming through my house, I called their call center, they told me they will send another technician, I'm still waiting even now, The City of Tshwane smart meters is **** from China, their system is inconvenient, I'm not the only one who ever complain about this, you can go to their Facebook page, you will see how frustrated their client are, Please help
