Electricity problem

My electricity is cut off, its now 4days im in the dark, when I call city of tswane they keep on saying my matter will be attended very soon, how long is very soon its now 4days im staying in the dark, my food is rotten in the fridge, I need your help to get this guys to come fix my electricity.
