Electricity Problem

We have been experiencing this problem of electricity cut off for years now. In our area in Soshanguve Section H we always have a problem of lights going off and nobody is willing to help or investigate the problem. Atleast if the Municipal can tell us what are we to him because we really are very sick and tired with this bad service we're receiving. I always check the Load Sheding Schedule but I only find that it is the everyday struggle. When is this matter going to end?
