Electricity overbiling

<p>I received my account statatement from city of tshwane. Normally i pay about R400 but now the amount has gone up to R2700. I have complained to them on the 6/9/16(ref ********** 2) and the 14/9/16 didn't get a reference for the 14th because they didn't get back to me. nobody from the city of tshwane has called to explain this horrific amount . is this how the people are served. And this mean any employee of tshwane can just put any amount on your account and you must pay it. To top things off they are blocking my account so i cant even purchase electricity. Why is it that nobody can be held accountable and exactly how do they make up this calculations. I feel like i am being ********** and you can even complain anywhere.</p>
