Electricity issue no response

We have issues with our electricity. I call was logged and several followups done. still no service. all they say is that they are aware of the call. I am helpless and not sure what to do. All they good at is taking bribe for ******* connections. we have had no electricity for 4 days now. I am not sure how long are we supposed to wait.
