Electricity disconnected unfairly

I live at Azima View Doornpoort and City of tshwane disconnected my electricity for a bill account that is not under my name, they failed to understand that the I am having my own rates and tax account that is up to date, now we don't have electricity in our premises because they come and disconnect regardless of the mistake that they did at City Council when opening our rates and tax account. This is completely unacceptable because we use prepaid electricity and how can we ow electricity and rates and tax if we are up to date. I have called Tshwane Electricity and they gave us the follow Reference number: *** still the matter is not resolved.
