Electricity cutt offs

I am disappointed in the way they conduct business and how they treat their fellow community when it comes to the electricity issue. I am from nellmapius and mamelodi but we always experiencing a cut off of electricity especially in extension three at colts street, we are being abused of our human right of having basic service of being supp**** electricity. They cut off everyday even when there is no load shedding.we spend Easter cold holiday without electricity and we have got babies that need formula to survive but they are being deprived by our municipality,we call in every day they fix then after 2 hours there's a cut off again. We are being abused can someone please intervene and help us
