Electricity cut off by mistake

On 24 August 2015,a City of Tshwane of van came around the area seemingly to disconnect electricity for someone in arrears. As a result 6 more houses was disconnected by mistake,we since called City of Tshwane to come and rectify the issue,and we were given reference number 3972/4 and told a technician will come same day to rectify the issue.However,no one came and we still do not have electricity. This is very *********** on their side as we use prepaid meters and cannot be penalized for someone who failed to his job properly!Not to mention holding on for call centre people where it takes them an hour to answer their phones.
