ELECTRICITY CUT IN ERROR

I'm very unhappy. Yesterday when I arrived at home 17h30 I believe they cut my electricity. I contact the after hours and the lady inform me she can't see on my account that they cut my electricity. I've explain to her that they put Rooibekkie 126 cut off certificate in my postal box and cut my electricity. She still don't understand. So she report the job as a power failure and don't listen to me.<br> The power failure technician were there at 019h55 to fix the failure. I almost get a heart attack because the lady did not listen and will save the guys the trip. 20H00 we get load shedding till 22h00. <br> I phone again and then they inform me I have to go the City of Council to sort this problem . If the people listen and read correctly in the first place this will safe me lots of airtime and petrol as it's not my mistake. So I will be happy if the people could read and listen in the future to save lots of people money and frustration. I need to know who is responsible for my cell phone bill for R80, my petrol costs to Akasia city council and my cut of time at my home. I need urgent response on this matter.<br> <br>
