Electricity blockage

<p>Good day</p> <p>My name is Raymond Koketso mathopa I Cell- ********** 390/ ********** 386</p> <p>Good day</p> <p>I have complain for municipal office in Soshanguve Block F west.<br />Electricity activation office where they unblock electricity purchase .</p> <p>My home address is 1271 block f Soshanguve<br />My father passed away on 2011 which home was under his name so last year December they changed to my mothers name which they opened account in her name <br />My mother was paying water bill every month and now they tell us that we paying to the wrong account of MG Mathopa instead of YBE Mathopa and don't want to do payment allocation from MG account to YBE,<br /> and I have a problem as they say I must pay R611 before I can purchase Electricity and I paid R600 on last Friday. The 2 service female consultants are not empathetic and not understanding.</p> <p>I have no electricity at home now and my mother is pensioner she cant afford to pay in the middle of the month</p> <p>Please refer to consumer advocate</p> <p>Thanks regard</p>
