ELECTRICITY BEING CUT OFF WITHOUT PROPER CAUSE

At 10:00am on 02-11-2015 our electricity was disconnected by the municipality. The statement shows an amount payable of R927.00. Due-dated 05-11-2015 R0 on the Arears column. <br> <br> The credit control department claims that the reason for disconnection is 'Kindly be advised that the electricity was disconnection due to the fact that there as a outstanding balance due for more than R300. Credit controls policy states that disconnection will be done for the arrears.'<br> <br> Without any notice nor any mention of due dates for the previous months areas on the latest statement. No correspondence or proof of notice to substantiate the above detail was communicated prior to the power being cut. <br>
