Electricity

since the 28 January we reported that we don't have electricity at Edenrus flats Arcadia, we we given a ref No: 713/28, since then nothing happened we keep on calling and making a follow up, we are on day 3 without electricity, our food is rotting in our fridges, kids must bath and go to school.
