Electricity adjustment 3 years later!!!!

<p>I have just received my municipal account. It is R 17 000 where it is usually R 3500. The reason given is a faulty meter at that time. It is not my meter. It belongs to the Municipality. If it if faulty, it is not my fault. It is not my job to make sure it works correctly. I am extremely annoyed.</p>
