Electricity

On the 4th/08/2015 our electricity went off and we phoned city of tshwane for assistance and they sent us the electrician on the 6/08/15 so when we try to load the electricity it keeps on failing and the electricians where already gone by then,on the 7th/08/15 i called them again then they said they will send out the technicians in 8-10 hrs till today on the 12/08/16...WHAT a bad service.please help:-(
