Electrical not connected

I have paid my e-tswane account on the 15th of September 2021 and up until today 07th October 2021 and with numerous reference numbers and calls that they will come and switch on the electricity. When you speak to them they say it is out of their hands and it is now the contractors responsibility, ****ing really. They also dont do power connections when it rains. I have also send an e-mail to *** asking them whem my power will be restored, i have also complained on the e-tswane portal but on the portal it is like talking to CASPER the friendly ghost because that portal is not checked for complaints. Please suggest to who i can talk to that has the ***** to say something to my face and not over the phone. Maybe we all in SA need to do what is done in soweto but everyone is afraid of war
