Electrical Issues at my house

Hi, I have been complaining about my electricity at my house since last night in rosslyn and i have been calling City of Tshwane for the whole day of 02/03/2015 and no one is helping me. I have been taken from pillar to post being told that the technicians are coming to my house and no one has come. I am fully paying for the services but it seems like my money is not good enough so i am being treated like ****. I have been calling this people using my prepaid phone for the whole day wasting all my money. So now i have to sleep in the dark for 2 nights now while they are busy doing whatever Bull **** that they are doing. If there is anyone who can help, please do help me.<br> <br> ANGRY CUSTOMER.
