Electrical disconection

A letter to my DA ward councillor regarding my problem :<br> Andre<br> I phoned you earlier today<br> Regarding the disconnection of my electricity<br> I did not receive a statement for last month or this month . I only received an sms that said we must pay on or before 11 May 2015<br> It seems like an independent contractor that works for the municipality that arrived here yesterday. He disconnected my electricity and removed an electrical breaker from the box .I told him and wanted to show him the sms that said the account is payable at the 11th of May . He refused to look at it . I also phoned the number on the cut of letter and explained the situation . The contractor refused to speak to them.<br> I took a video on my cell phone and asked him why doesn't he want to reconnect ,look at the sms or speak to the office .He refused to speak to me .I posted the video on the facebook page of Tshwane electricity. I also posted it on my facebook page.<br> After he left I paid the full amount<br> I stay at the address for 15 years and never received a disconnection letter before or now and was never disconnected before <br> acc nr *** We are still without electricity going for the third day
