****ed up City Of Tshwane Worker

We went to query about our Water & Electricity bill and whilst the receptionist was super friendly, the man who was assigned to help us was extremely RUDE & didn't let us talk (he kept talking us dead) & then accused my friend of taking a photo when she didn't. We showed her camera roll to him & he carried on *****ing that we did take a photo. He then proceeded to argue with my Husband about our query & still hasn't helped us at all. ****ing unprofessional ******* & we were only friendly trying to get help.
