ECD stimulus relief fund - Reference - PNFUCH

I app**** for ECD stimulus relief fund with social development my application was successful and approved but I did not get paid. Application was done 2021 Feb when I query with social development all previous month I was told to be patient that the money will be in my account. Only in November I was told that I received payment which I did not. My ID no, my employees ID no and the name of our centre was used to get the payment but the money was redirected to unknown banking details. I queried with social development even went to their offices but the is no way forward with my case. I sent emails to different people in the office but still no help at all. I really need help on this matter as I tried to get assistance with no luck.
